Terms of Service

By using Zuluugo you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1.About Zuluugo

Zuluugo ("Zuluugo", "we", "us") operates an online marketplace at zuluugo.com that connects travelers ("Travelers", "you") with independent local hosts ("Hosts") who offer in-person experiences. Zuluugo is a brand operated by Muhannad Hassan Mohammed Alharbi, a registered freelancer under Freelance Practitioner Certificate no. FL-334886444 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, at Ahmed Al-Attas, 7755, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2.Our role

Zuluugo is a platform and booking facilitator only. Experiences are provided by independent Hosts, not by Zuluugo, and the contract for each experience is between the Traveler and the Host. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or provider of the experiences, and we do not own or manage them.

3.Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18. We use passwordless email sign-in (a magic link). You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of the information you provide.

4.Bookings & prices

Browse an experience, submit a booking request with your date and group size, and the Host confirms availability. Prices are set by the Host and displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR); a US Dollar view is provided for convenience only at an indicative rate.

5.Payment — the deposit

To confirm a booking you pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total experience price through our payment processor, Moyasar. The deposit is part of the total price (not an additional fee) and represents Zuluugo's booking and service fee. We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Card data is handled by Moyasar; Zuluugo does not store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as "Zuluugo".

6.Payment — the balance

The remaining 80% is paid by you directly to the Host on the day of the experience, in cash or by a method agreed with the Host. Zuluugo does not collect the balance.

7.Cancellations & refunds

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8.Host obligations

Hosts must provide the experience as described, hold any licenses required by local law, and treat Travelers safely and respectfully.

9.Traveler conduct

Provide accurate information, arrive on time, treat Hosts and their communities with respect, and comply with local laws.

10.Messaging

Communication happens in-site. Do not share off-platform contact details to circumvent Zuluugo, and keep messages lawful and respectful.

11.Prohibited use

No illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing activity, and no scraping or misuse of the platform.

12.Intellectual property

The Zuluugo name, brand, and site content are owned by Zuluugo. Host-provided content remains the Host's; Hosts grant us a license to display it.

13.Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Zuluugo is not liable for the acts or omissions of Hosts or Travelers or for the quality of any experience. Our aggregate liability is limited to the deposit amount you paid to Zuluugo for the booking concerned.

14.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Zuluugo against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or your breach of these Terms.

15.Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

16.Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date shows the latest version.

17.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent Saudi courts.
