Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 9 July 2026

1.The deposit

Bookings are confirmed with a deposit equal to 20% of the total price, paid via Moyasar. The deposit is part of the total price, not an additional fee.

2.If you cancel

• 48 hours or more before the experience start time: your deposit is refunded in full.
• Less than 48 hours before: the deposit is non-refundable (it compensates the Host for holding your time).

3.If the Host cancels or is a no-show

You receive a full refund of your deposit, and we will help you rebook another experience.

4.The balance (80%)

Paid directly to the Host on the day and arranged between you and the Host. Issues about the experience itself should first be raised with the Host; Zuluugo will assist in good faith.

5.How refunds are made

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Moyasar, normally within 14 business days of approval.

6.Currency

All charges and refunds are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

7.How to request a refund

Email hello@zuluugo.com or message us in-site with your booking details (experience, date, host).

8.Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date reflects the latest version.
